The impact of psychological well-being to promoting organizational citizenship behavior

The importance of the research was to identify extent impact psychological well-being in promoting behavior organizational citizenship, General Directorate Education Najaf, order achieve objectives research, influence relationships between dimensions variables (psychological well-being, and citizenship behavior) were studied, based on descriptive-analytical approach, (50) questionnaires distributed directly target community, (48) forms retrieved, number valid for statistical analysis (45) questionnaires, after presenting collected data analyzing it identifying consistency sample's answers questionnaire items selecting hypotheses using programs represented by (SPSS V. 22). results showed validity hypotheses, as a result, conclusions reached set recommendations drawn up.
